View Village Center Plan Subcommittee (MTVS): Patti Pinto will inform the AC on the activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) 5. Communication No. 2015 -35: Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTS): June Conant will inform the AC on the activities of the subcommittee. The subcommittee minutes consists of general subcommittee topics including the following: - Review of a Puna district map and assessing the possibility of hub & spoke routes - Discussion on the proposed Mass Transit Master Plan including specific concerns and questions on plan development. (10 min) 6. Communication No. 2015 -34.1: Draft Annual Report May 2014 to April 2015: The AC will review and discuss the changes initiated at the August 11, 2015 AC meeting. The AC may decide to adopt the report and transmit it to the Planning Department for consideration and distribution to appropriate agencies. Development and acceptance of a transmittal letter may also be decided. (15 min) 7. Budget Subcommittee: The AC will absolve the 2014 -2015 Budget Subcommittee and decide on new committee members for the 2015 -2016 Budget Subcommittee. (15 min) 8. Building in Puna Brochure: Elmer will update the AC on the continued development of a Grubbing and Grading Brochure.
