View Village Center Plan Subcommittee (MTVS): Patti Pinto will inform the AC on the <br />activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />5. Communication No. 2015 -35: Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTS): June Conant will <br />inform the AC on the activities of the subcommittee. The subcommittee minutes consists of <br />general subcommittee topics including the following: <br />- Review of a Puna district map and assessing the possibility of hub & spoke routes <br />- Discussion on the proposed Mass Transit Master Plan including specific concerns and <br />questions on plan development. (10 min) <br />6. Communication No. 2015 -34.1: Draft Annual Report May 2014 to April 2015: The AC <br />will review and discuss the changes initiated at the August 11, 2015 AC meeting. The AC may <br />decide to adopt the report and transmit it to the Planning Department for consideration and <br />distribution to appropriate agencies. Development and acceptance of a transmittal letter may <br />also be decided. (15 min) <br />7. Budget Subcommittee: The AC will absolve the 2014 -2015 Budget Subcommittee and decide <br />on new committee members for the 2015 -2016 Budget Subcommittee. (15 min) <br />8.
