BEAUDET: What is the definition of occupancy? Because that’s what you said, right, before the <br />issuance of --. <br /> <br />KAY: Right, before the issuance of the --. <br /> <br />BEAUDET: -- certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br />KAY: -- certification of occupancy from the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />BEAUDET: Okay. <br /> <br />KAY: So relative to the disturbance of land on Parcel 54 it says that there needs to be in place a <br />preservation plan before any issuance of a grading or grubbing permit or any land disturbance. So <br />should the applicant, who also owns Parcel 54, desired to do anything on there, they need to get a <br />preservation plan in place first. So right now if there was bulldozing done there, then they will be in <br />violation of the ordinance. And we also have Ki Emler here from the Department of Public Works, <br />Engineering Division, to answer any questions about the grading permit process, should you have <br />any more specific questions. <br /> <br />BEAUDET: Commissioners, any comments for staff or Mr. Tyler before we proceed with bringing <br />up the applicant again? <br /> <br />WHITTEMORE: Going back to your, Mr. Tyler, your early part of your presentation --. <br /> <br />TYLER: Yes, Mr. Whittemore. <br /> <br />WHITTEMORE: -- you made reference to Sites J and K? My other question then was going to be, is there any historic <br />preservation sites on this existing site right now, 67? <br /> <br />TYLER: There are.
