The properties are located on the northeast and southeast corners of <br />Kailua Boulevard and Lurline Lane, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision, Kahuku, <br />Kau, Hawai‘i, TMKs: 9-2-142:020, 021, 022 & 9-2-145:047, 048. <br /> <br />At 9:22 a.m., Chairman Miyasato stated that the contested case proceedings for Item Nos. 3 <br />\[Arrow of Oregon/Hawaiʽi, LLC\] and 4 \[David and Laura Rodrigues\] have been continued to <br />September 30th and if necessary to October 1, 2015, after the regularly scheduled meeting, at <br />the request of the applicant \[David and Laura Rodrigues\].
