<br />extend to within one year from the date of recording of the deed, all as provided in Section 12-40, Article 3, Chapter 12,
<br />Hawai'i County Code and Section 246-60, Hawai'i Revised Statutes; as provided by statute, the redemption amount shall

<br />including the fee for recording the deed, and in addition thereto, interest on such amount at the rate of twelve per cent (12%)
<br />a year, but in case of redemption more than one year after date of sale by reason of extension of the redemption period on
<br />account of late recording of the foreclosure deed, interest shall be added for the extended redemption period.
