Update on the progress of the Lava Viewing and Education Center <br />Update on the formation of the Design review Committee (20 min) <br />4. Town Hall Subcommittee: Members of the subcommittee will inform the AC on their recent <br />activities. (15 min) <br />5. Communication No. 2015 -45: Budget Subcommittee: Members of the 2015 -2016 Budget <br />Subcommittee will update the AC on their recent activities. Specifically, the committee will <br />present for approval by the AC, re- appropriation requests (CIP requests) for the 2016 -2017 <br />budget year. (15 min) <br />6. Communication Nos. 2015 -40 & 2015 -41: Building in Puna Brochure: Elmer will present <br />the edited Grubbing and Grading Brochure and the AC will discuss a draft letter asking the <br />Planning Director to review and provide comment on the brochure. (15 min) <br />7. Communication No. 2015 -43 & 2015 -44 : Memo from the Deputy Planning Director re: <br />Community Development Action Committee Meetings and New 2015 -2016 Schedule for <br />Action Committee Meetings: The AC will discuss the memo from the Planning Department <br />that revises the AC meeting schedule to a bi- monthly one. Additionally, the AC will review, <br />make changes as necessary, and approve the 2015 -2016 meeting schedule. (20 min) <br />8. Recognition of outgoing Action Committee members: Certificates of Appreciation will be <br />presented to outgoing Action Committee Members to recognize their outstanding commitment <br />and participation as Action Committee members.
