The <br />affected property is situated at the southeast corner of Palm Parkway and Reef Circle Mauka <br />within the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision, Ka‘ū, Hawai‘i, TMK: 9-2-062:054. <br /> <br /> <br />5.APPLICANT: SBA TOWERS III, LLC (Revoke SPP 1225) <br />Revocation of Special Permit No. 1225, issued to VoiceStream PCS II Corporation on <br />October 17, 2003, to allow for the construction of a telecommunication facility consisting of <br />an 100-foot tall steel lattice tower and related facilities within a 10,000 square-foot portion of <br />a 2-acre parcel situated in the County’s Agricultural 1-acre (A-1a) zoning district. The <br />affected property is situated at the southeast corner of Palm Parkway and Reef Circle Mauka <br />within the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision, Ka‘ū, Hawai‘i, TMK: 9-2-062:054. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS – 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />6.APPLICANT: CELLCO PARTNERSHIP DBA VERIZON WIRELESS (USE 15-055) <br />Continued hearing on the application for a Use Permit to allow the construction of a new <br />telecommunication facility, including a 185-foot tall steel monopole with 8-foot tall panel <br />antennas and related facilities within a 1,600-square foot portion of a 17.824-acre parcel <br />situated in the County’s Agricultural 5-acre (A-5a) zoning district. The property is located <br />on the south side of Komo Street, across from the Ka‘awale Boulevard–Komo Street <br />junction, ʻŌlaʻa Reservation Lots, Puna, Hawai‘i, TMK: 1-8-007:Por. 045. <br /> <br /> <br />7.APPLICANT: ARROW OF OREGON/HAWAII, LLC (Amend SPP 09-076) <br />Continued hearing on the application for an amendment to Special Permit No. 09-076, which <br />was approved to allow a cinder and rock quarry operation on 5.003 acres of land situated <br />within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The amendment will add 8.009 acres for a <br />total of 13.012 acres of land.
