<br />DARROW: Commissioner Moses, for notifications for Use Permits and Special Permit <br />applications, it’s a requirement of 500 feet from each of the—not the project site—but actually <br />the property boundary. So, from all boundaries of the property, it goes out 500 feet, and they’re <br />required to notify those property owners of this application. It’s, it’s required to do two <br />notifications, one when they submit the application and one prior to the Planning Commission <br />hearing. The second notice will inform the surrounding property owners of the date, time, and <br />location of the hearing. And both notifications will give them an opportunity to file a contested <br />case if they so choose. <br /> <br />MOSES: Thank you.
