4. Communication No. 2016 -5 & 2016 -6: Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee <br />(PRTCPS): Members of the subcommittee will inform the AC on their recent activities. The <br />subcommittee minutes consists of general subcommittee topics including the following: <br />- Discussion on the Bryson Project <br />Update on the Design Review Committee <br />Update on the acquisition of land for a public parking lot <br />Discussion on improving Post Office Road (10 min) <br />5. Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTS): Members of the subcommittee will inform the AC on <br />their recent activities. (10 min) <br />6. Town Hall Subcommittee: Members of the subcommittee will inform the AC on their recent <br />activities. (15 min) <br />7. Budget Subcommittee: The AC will absolve the 2016 -2017 FY Budget Subcommittee and <br />decide on new committee members for the 2017 -2018 FY Budget Subcommittee. (15 min) <br />8. Discussion on forming a Permit Review Subcommittee: The AC will discuss the need to <br />form a Permit Review Subcommittee. <br />9. Approval of 2016 AC meeting schedule: The AC will discuss and approve the 2016 meeting <br />schedule including venue locations. The AC will also decide on a new meeting date for the <br />November 2016 meeting since November 8, 2016 is Election Day. <br />(10 min) <br />10. Election of Chair and Vice - Chair: The AC will nominate and elect a new Chair and Vice- <br />Chair to serve during 2016. <br />(10 min) <br />11. Communication No. 2016 -4: USDA Cool & Connected Program: The AC will decide <br />whether to form a subcommittee to investigate and consider the opportunity the program may <br />provide.
