6. Summary of public comments <br />Public comments on the draft 2016 Action Plan will be received throughout the 30 -day Public Comment <br />Period. Comments received will be summarized here. <br />7. Summary of comments or views not accepted and the reasons for not accepting them <br />If public comments are received during the public comment period and are not accepted by the County <br />of Hawaii, the comments will be summarized here along with the County's reasons for not accepting <br />them. <br />8. Summary <br />The CP is a comprehensive planning document which identifies the housing and community <br />development needs and priorities for the County of Hawaii for the next five years.
