Public Access, Open Space & Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC) Nominations: The AC will discuss PONC land nominations in Puna and the possible formation of an investigatory subcommittee to handle said nominations. (10 min) 8. Election of Chair and Vice - Chair: The AC will nominate and elect a new Chair and Vice - Chair to serve during the 2016 calendar year. (10 min) 9. Discussion on AC Subcommittees: The AC will discuss the current PCDP AC subcommittees and decide which Action Committee members will represent the AC on each subcommittee.
