<br />Number four, with regards to the Rodrigues’ Special Permit, the driveway entrance to the <br />Rodrigues’ parcel which is south of Kailua Boulevard, shall be relocated to a reasonable distance <br />along Lurline Lane, north of its current location, as approved by the Director, and that the parties <br />proposed findings not adopted be denied as they are, in whole or in part, immaterial, <br />unsupported, or otherwise inconsistent with the Hearings Officers’ findings and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />IKEDA: Second. <br /> <br />HEAUKULANI: Thank you, Commissioners.
