STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: We want to welcome our colleagues over in Waimea as well as <br /> everybody whose here. My name is Ku Kahakalau and we're <br /> going to start this morning with the statements from the public. <br /> We're going to switch between Hilo and Waimea. Right now I <br /> have three, does that include the Waimea people? No? Okay. So <br /> we'll just ask after the first one. So when I call your name, please <br /> come to the microphone and state your name and the agenda item <br /> that you're speaking to.
