The reason for such closed session shall be publically <br /> announced and the vote of each member shall be recorded and <br /> entered into the record. Basically, you have to say why you're <br /> going to go to the close session and that everyone votes on it <br /> whether to go into or not. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Okay. Petition No. 2015-11 it was requested that closed hearing <br /> will be held.
