Welcome aboard Olivia Tavares! <br /> <br />STEP <br />The Senior Training & Employment Program (STEP) assists eligible, unemployed, low-income job seekers <br />55 and over in getting temporary but current work experience. STEP helps seniors receive training to allow <br />them to return to the workforce at large.
