MOSES: Okay. Agree. The next agenda? The next meeting possibly? <br />ARAI: I’ll try to see if I can schedule it for the next meeting. I gotta look at the schedule ahead <br />because sometimes the publication requirements forces me to finalize it by next week Monday, <br />so maybe the next day or so, I’ll try to see if I can check on the claim adjusters schedule and their <br />willingness to come over to hopefully at next month’s meeting. <br />MOSES: Okay, so if we can’t get it to next month’s meeting for that reasons that you’re, you <br />brought, definitely by the following month we’ll have the claims adjuster. <br />ARAI: Yeah, every effort will be for the— <br />MOSES: —For the next one— <br />ARAI: —your next meeting in April, right. <br />MOSES: Thank you, Daryn. <br />HEAUKULANI: Do you want to phrase that in terms of a motion? <br />MOSES: Do I need to? <br />HEAUKULANI: You don’t need to. <br />MOSES: Do you want me, too? <br />HEAUKULANI: Just a question. <br />MOSES: Counsel? <br />PATEL: No. <br />MOSES: No? <br />PATEL: No, there’s, there’s— <br />MOSES: —No need? <br />PATEL: —Yeah, there’s nothing today before the Commission for them to act on such that a <br />motion like that would be appropriate, but I think the, I think everyone’s in agreement that that’s <br />what’s going to happen, is they’ll try to schedule the claims adjuster. <br />So, in other words, there’s no motion needed for the department to go and do that. <br />MOSES: Okay. <br />KANUHA: You know, one other alternative to consider is if the Commission is, you know, <br />really serious about pursuing this is perhaps a special meeting just for that agenda item if the <br /> <br />28 <br />EXHIBIT E <br /> <br /> <br />
