Commissioner's do we <br /> have any.... <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Is it a closed hearing? <br /> Mr. Adams: She didn't request one. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: She didn't request... <br /> Mr. Goodenow: So I guess I moved that we issue an informal advisory <br /> opinion. Correct motion? Do I have to state...stating what <br /> it will state? <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: Basically, she's not here, but you can either continue the <br /> matter or you can dismiss it or you can...it's up to the <br /> Board what you want to do. So I would move that we find in an informal <br /> advisory opinion that we....2016-02 petition as explained is <br /> not in violation of County Code 2-83(b)(1), 84(a)(1) or <br /> 84(b). None of those in the current ordinance are violated <br /> by informal opinion request in 2016-02.
