The Hawaii state emergency <br />response commission is created pursuant to section <br />128E -2(a), HRS, and is placed within the department <br />for administrative purposes and carries out the <br />requirements of this chapter. (a) The governor shall appoint the <br />commission members as described in section 128E -2(b), <br />HRS. <br />(b) Commission members are subject to ,the <br />requirements of section 128E -2(c) to (g), HRS.
