The commission <br />shall appoint the committee members as described in <br />section 128E -5(b) to (e), HRS. (a) Administrative and <br />operational expenses of a committee may be paid by the <br />State. Funding for operation and administration of <br />committees shall come from the local emergency <br />response planning committee account within the <br />environmental response revolving fund established <br />under section 128D-2, HRS. <br />(b) Each committee must establish an account <br />with the finance department of the local government in <br />their planning district in order to receive funding. <br />(c) Funding shall be used to fulfill the duties <br />and responsibilities of the committee as described in <br />section 11-453-13.
