§11-453-21 ,Designation of extremely hazarous <br />substances and hazardous substances. (a) This <br />section designates the extremely hazardous substances <br />and hazardous substances subject to release <br />notification requirements contained in section 11-453- <br />23 <br />(b) Extremely hazardous substances are those <br />substances and quantities listed in title 40 Code of <br />Federal Regulations part 355, appendices A and B, as <br />amended. <br />- (c) HazardoUs substances are defined in section _ <br />128D-1, HRS, and designated in section 11-451-5. (a) This section designates the <br />reportable quantities for the extremely hazardous <br />substances and hazardous substances designated <br />pursuant to section 11-453-21. <br />(b) The reportable quantities for extremely <br />hazardous substances will be their respective <br />reportable quantities as defined in title 40 Code of <br />Federal Regulations part 355, appendices A and B, as <br />amended. <br />(c) The reportable quantities for hazardous <br />substances will be the quantity of a hazardous <br />material stated in the various lists of hazardous <br />substances as defined in section 128D-3, HRS, and <br />designated in section 11-451-6.
