CALL TO ORDER <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Aloha Kakahiaka. Good morning. It's ten o'clock and <br /> we're starting right on time. My name is Ku Kahakalau <br /> and I'm very excited to have a full board. This morning if <br /> just because it's our first time to have a full board in a very <br /> long time.
