It wasn't simply just an <br /> awards ceremony, but it is our stakeholder meeting. By <br /> him being there, he was able to see other folks Statewide <br /> that were present and talk about the Issue 21 bill that <br /> passed here. Hawaii island was the fourth County, fourth <br /> jurisdiction in the nation to pass it. So it was an <br /> opportunity for him to share the experiences that happened <br /> in 2013 here.
