The <br />meeting was chaired by Laura Tobosa. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Laura Tobosa, Chair; Pauline Aughe, Vice Chair; Janice <br />Mancini, Secretary; Sam Nagasawa, Richard Dinges, Susan Shirachi. Joshua Pratt, <br />Pamela Punihaole <br />ABSENT: <br />OTHERS PRESENT AND GUESTS: Teri Spinola-Campbell, ADA Coordinator; Alisa <br />Mitchener, Parks & Recreation; Jesse Floyd, DDC Council; Kalen Koga, Aging; Gregg <br />Hummer, Jesse Floyd, Karin Riedel, Alice McLaughlin, Chris Lecee, Jessie Macdonald, <br />Margaret Shim, Gloria Millett, Pascua Paul <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Laura Tobosa called the meeting to order at 10:08 a.m. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC (Agenda Items) <br />Janice Mancini informed the Committee, that Dr. Oguss will not be attending today's <br />meeting. <br />L. Tobosa asked Janice to reschedule Dr. Oguss to the following meeting someone is <br />already scheduled for next month's meeting. <br />Pamela Punihaole wanted to know where would to find a ADA protocol in terms of <br />violations in and about West Hawaii? <br />Teri Spinola-Campbell replied that you would have to contact the Disability Rights <br />office and the Department of Justice office. <br />
