A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Dinges moved to accept the rescheduling of Case Nos. 23315, 23314 and 23313 to <br />November 17 at 9:00 a.m. Seconded by Mr. Ventura. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Dinges moved to uphold Chairman David's denial of the appeals. Seconded <br />by Mr. Ventura. A call for discussion was made.
