It was noted for the record that Appellants received their notice <br />of hearing via certified mail on August 15, 2015. <br />Present for the County was Appraiser Matthew Radmilovic. <br />Property located south of Napoopoo junction on the Hawaii Belt Road near the Kealakekua <br />Shopping Center. <br />Appeal on land value. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the Appellant. <br />County recommended sustaining the value.
