County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the Appellant. <br />County recommended sustaining the value. A call for questions was made. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to sustain the County's value of $52,700. Seconded by Mr. Dinges. <br />A call for discussion was made. Present for the County was Appraiser Mary Ann Todd -Waller. <br />Property located in the Puukala subdivision in Kona. <br />Appeal on building value. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the Appellant. <br />County recommended reducing the building value to $610,200. A call for questions was <br />made. <br />Mr. David moved to accept the recommended reduced building value of $610,200. <br />Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call for discussion was made. Present was County Appraiser Dori Hoohuli. <br />Property located on Kinoole Street in Hilo. <br />Appeal on land value. <br />County presented to the Board a signed settlement agreement with a reduced land value of <br />$178,500.
