County presented their case and <br />recommended sustaining the values for both Case No. 21785 and 21786. A call for <br />questions was made. <br />Mr. Church moved to sustain the County's values. Seconded by Mrs. Ford. A call for <br />discussion was made. Motion failed by a vote of 1:2 with Mrs. Ford and Mr. Church <br />voting against the motion. <br />Mrs. Ford moved for Case No. 21786 to sustain the County's values for land and <br />building and for Case No. 21785 to reduce the land value to $669,600 with building <br />value sustained at $82,100 for a total value of $751,700. Seconded by Mr. Church. A <br />call for discussion was made.
