County presented their case and recommended sustaining the <br />values. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Church moved to continue the case until the next Kona hearings, at 9:00 a.m. on <br />September 23rd, to give time for the County to provide the sales information on parcels <br />20, 19 and 18, the date of the sale, the amount of the sale, the acreage, the zoning, the <br />number of units that can be put on it and any extraordinary circumstances like flood <br />zone, any additional information that bears upon the valuation and the way the County <br />assessed it. Seconded by Mrs. Ford. A call for discussion was made.
