Appeal on land value. <br />County presented their case together with any and all of the information provided by the <br />appellant. County recommended sustaining the land value at $161,000. A call for questions <br />was made. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to sustain the County's value of $161,000. Seconded by Mr. Dinges. <br />A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />WITHDRAWN CASES <br />Board was presented with requests for withdrawal of appeals for the following cases: <br />Case No. <br />22011 <br />TMK 7-5-003-006-0000 <br />LOWE'S HOME CENTERS, LLC <br />Case No. <br />22096 <br />TMK 7-5-010-015-0000 <br />REGENCY HUALALAI NAMAKUA <br />Case No. <br />21883 <br />TMK 8-2-004-020-0000 <br />GRODZINSKY, ALAN <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. David moved to accept the withdrawals as presented. Seconded by Mr. Dinges. A <br />call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 9:OOA APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 2 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on seven <br />(7) cases that had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective <br />appellants. A copy of the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Mrs. Ford questioned the building value in Case No. 21875. Mr. Sitko responded. <br />Mr. David questioned the land value in Case No. 21999. County commercial appraiser <br />Jaime Ortiz Nava responded. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. David moved to approve the settlements as listed on the agenda. Seconded by Mr. <br />Dinges. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />Recessed: 11:32 a.m. <br />Reconvened: 1:30 p.m. <br />CASE #22463 & 22464 — MCMENIMEN, JACK <br />TMK 6-8-022-052-0058 <br />Appellant was not present.
