The Board was presented with a written request from the appellants to have their case <br />hearing rescheduled due to the completion of appraisals. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 1:30P APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 2 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on seven <br />cases that had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective <br />appellants. A copy of the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. A call for questions was <br />made. <br />Mr. Church presented questions for Case No. 20758 on the land value being below <br />appellant's requested value. County appraiser Ellsworth Hulihee responded. <br />Mr. David presented questions for Case Nos. 20829, 20844 and 20845 on the large <br />reduction in land values. County appraiser Ellsworth Hulihee responded. <br />Mr. Kualii moved to accept the settlements as listed on the 1:30 p.m. settlement <br />agenda. Seconded by Mr. Church.
