Present was County appraiser Ellsworth Hulihee. <br />Mr. Pike informed the Board that a settlement agreement had been reached by the County <br />with the appellant with a land value of $435,200. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. David moved to accept the settlement with the land value at $435,200. Seconded <br />by Mr. Kualii. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />No old business discussed. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />No new business discussed. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Ms. Nahoopii thanked Mr. Kualii for his service to the Tax Board of Review and <br />presented him with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Mayor's office. <br />Mr. D'Amico announced that he will be resigning from the Tax Board of Review and <br />will be submitting his resignation letter. <br />o Mr. Church moved to accept the resignation of Michael D'Amico. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kualii.
