TAX BOARD OF REVIEW <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Complaint Hearing <br />Wednesday, November 6. 2013 <br />West Hawaii Civic Center <br />Department of Liquor Control Conference Room <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Scott Church called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m. <br />Present were: Board Members Scott Church, Albert Kualii, Michael D'Amico and Donald <br />David; Deputy Corporation Counsel Craig Masuda; Real Property Assistant Tax <br />Administrator Lisa Nahoopii, Real Property Tax Appraisal Supervisor Jon Pike and Real <br />Property Appeals Board Clerk Elizabeth `Nina' Swain. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />There were no statements from the public. <br />COMPLAINT HEARING <br />TM K 1-1-041-176-0000 <br />JAMES TROUT <br />Complaint dated August 4, 2013, was presented to the Board. Complainant was not present. <br />The Board wanted to consider it in detail but since it had no grounds for objection, the Board <br />could not respond to the complaint. <br />Complaint was filed. <br />No other members from the public were present to testify. <br />No other complaints were received by the Real Property Tax Division on behalf of the Board. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />No discussion held on old business. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />No discussion held on new business. <br />
