<br />Administrator Stanley Sitko.
<br />Mr. Sitko informed the Board that the County and the appellant had reached a settlement
<br />agreement for all of the 57 parcels of properties. A copy of the settlement agreement was
<br />presented to the Board and attached hereto as Exhibit B. A call for questions was made.
