Present was County appraiser Dori Ayap. <br />Property located on Kekela Street in the Waiakea Homesteads. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. <br />County recommended sustaining the values. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. D'Amico moved to sustain the County's building value at $102,700 and land value <br />at $81,600 for a total of $184,300. Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call for discussion was <br />made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0 <br />CASE #19080 — EISENBERG, MAXINE / EISENBERG, MARK <br />TMK 2-2-039-106-0000 <br />Appellant was not present. Present was County appraiser Dori Ayap. <br />Mr. Pike informed the Board that the appellant, Mark Eisenberg, had submitted an unsigned <br />email requesting a withdrawal of appeal. No other follow-up document was received with <br />appellant's signature. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to accept the withdrawal. Seconded by Mr. D'Amico. A call for <br />discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 9:OOA APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 1 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on five (5) <br />cases that had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective <br />appellants. A copy of the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit A. A call for questions was <br />made. <br />No questions were presented. <br />Mr. Takai moved to accept the 9:00 settlements for all of the five cases on page 1 of <br />the agenda.
