Mr. Takai moved to accept the settlement dated October 19 signed by the appellant <br />with the values as listed on page 2 of the settlement letter. Seconded by Mr. D'Amico. <br />A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 9:OOA APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 1 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on two (2) <br />cases that had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective <br />appellants. A copy of the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Appraiser Jaime Ortiz Nava was present for the County. <br />County informed the Board that a settlement agreement had been reached with the <br />appellant. Copies of the agreement was distributed to the Members and attached hereto as <br />Exhibit C. A call for questions was made. <br />Board questioned the removal of building values for TMK 7-2-004-016-0000. Appraiser <br />Jaime Ortiz Nava responded. <br />Board questioned the building value in Case No. 19523.
