County informed the Board that they had reached a settlement agreement with the appellant <br />for Case #19393 with a land value of $402,000. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />CASE #19215 — DUNGATE, PETER <br />TM 8-7-007-010-0000 <br />Appellant was not present. <br />County informed the Board that they had reached a settlement agreement with the appellant <br />for Case #19215 with a land value of $330,700. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to accept the settlement value of $330,700 for the land. Seconded by <br />Mr. D'Amico. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />Case #19062 — HUEY, PAMELA <br />TM K 8-7-015-011-0000 <br />Appellant was not present. County appraiser Matthew Radmilovic was present for the <br />County. <br />County informed the Board that they received a verbal agreement from the appellant as to a <br />proposed settlement agreement offered by the County. The County's settlement agreement <br />accepted the appellant's proposed values with a land value of $41,300 and building value of <br />$280,000. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to reduce the building value to $280,000 and land value remain at <br />$41,300 for a total of $321,300. Seconded by Mr. D'Amico. A call for discussion was <br />made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 1:30P APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 1 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 1 case <br />that had reached a settlement agreement between the County and the appellant. A copy of <br />the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. A call for questions was made. <br />Board questioned the location of the property for Case #19319.
