Mr. McCall informed the Board that settlement agreements had been reached with the <br />appellants in Case Nos. 17295, 17553 and 17555 as follows: <br />Case No. 17295 with a land value of $44,400. <br />Case No. 17553 with a building value of $176,300 and land value of $93,200. <br />Case No. 17555 with a land value of $93,200. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to accept the County's settlements as read for Case Nos. 17295, <br />17553 and 17555. Seconded by Mr. Church. A call for discussion was made. Motion <br />passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />CASE #17933 & 17935 — SHROPSHIRE GROUP <br />TM K 2-9-002-079-0000 & 2-9-002-081-0000 <br />Appellant was not present. Present for the County was Mr. McCall. <br />Property is the former plantation office site located in Hakalau. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. <br />County recommended the following: <br />For Case No. 17933 reduce the building value to $70,700 and land value to $344,100 for a <br />total of $414,800. <br />For Case No. 17935 reduce the land value to $400,200. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. D'Amico moved to support the County's proposed values with land value at <br />$344,100 and building at $70,700 for Case No. 17933. Seconded by Mrs. Ford. A call <br />for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to accept the County's recommended value for Case No. 17935 for <br />land value of $400,200. Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call for discussion was made. <br />Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />Recessed: 10:40 am <br />Reconvened: 1:02 pm <br />No appellants were present during the afternoon case hearings. <br />5 <br />
