CASE #17546 <br />Property located in the Pamahoa Estates subdivision. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />Appellants' representative presented their case. County presented their case and <br />recommended reducing the building value to $402,700 and the land value to $180,000. A <br />call for questions was made. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to reduce the land value to $180,000 and building value to $402,700 <br />as recommended by the County. Seconded by Mr. Church. A call for discussion was <br />made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />CASE #17545 <br />Property located in the Pamahoa Estates subdivision. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />Appellants' representative presented their case. County presented their case and <br />recommended reducing the building value to $782,900 and the land value to $180,000. A <br />call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Church moved to adjust the land value to $180,000 and support the <br />recommendation for building value at $782,900 for a total value of $962,900. Seconded <br />by Mrs. Ford. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />CASE #17531 — BARBARA & WARREN NELSON <br />TMK 7-3-025-046-0000 <br />Present were appellants Barbara and Warren Nelson. Present for the County was appraiser <br />Mary Ann Todd -Waller. <br />Property located in Kaloko Mauka. <br />Appeal on building value. <br />Appellants presented their case. County presented their case and recommended reducing <br />the building value to $489,000 and sustaining the land value. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. D'Amico moved to sustain the County's proposals for $489,000 for the building <br />and $324,600 for the land for a total of $813,600. Seconded by Mr. Church. A call for <br />discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 4:1 with Mrs. Ford voting against <br />the motion. <br />0 <br />
