County presented their case and recommended reducing <br />the building value to $489,000 and sustaining the land value. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. D'Amico moved to sustain the County's proposals for $489,000 for the building <br />and $324,600 for the land for a total of $813,600. Seconded by Mr. Church.
