Mr. Takai moved to sustain the County's land value of $176,000 with the building value <br />not in dispute. Motion died due to lack of second. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to reduce the land value to $130,000. Motion died due to lack of <br />second. <br />Mr. Takai moved to reduce the land value to $150,000. Seconded by Mrs. Ford. A call <br />for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />CASE #17841 — BURK TRUST <br />TM K 7-8-011-017-0000 <br />Present was appellant Dennis Burk, Trustee of the Burk Trust. Present for the County was <br />appraiser Ellsworth Hulihee. <br />Property located on Ola Mau Street in the Bayview Estates subdivision. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />Appellant presented his case. County presented their case and recommended sustaining the <br />assessment. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to reduce the building value to $814,100 and land value to $270,000 <br />for a total of $1,084,100. Seconded by Mrs. Ford. Present was County appraiser Ellsworth Hulihee. <br />Property located on Kalaniuka Street in the Ohai Mauka Estates subdivision. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. <br />County recommended sustaining the assessment.
