Mr. McCall presented for the County. <br />Property located at the Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club condominium complex. <br />Appeal on building value. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. <br />County recommended reducing the building value to $118,800 and sustaining the land value <br />at $85,500. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to accept the County's recommendation to lower the building value <br />to $118,800 and leave the land value at $85,500 for a total of $204,300. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS <br />County presented to the Board a 6 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 36 cases <br />that had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. <br />A copy of the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit A. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai questioned as to Case No. 18043 on page 3 of the agenda as to the building value <br />at $279,500 being reduced so drastically. After review, Mr. McCall stated that the $279,500 <br />was an error and that the building value for Case No. 18043 should read 1479,500". <br />Correction noted. <br />Mrs. Ford questioned as to Case No. 17847 on page 4 of the agenda as to the possibility of <br />the numbers being transposed for the land and building values.
