Property located in the Mauna Loa Shores condominium complex. <br />Appeal on building value. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. <br />County recommended sustaining the assessed values. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Kualii moved to sustain the County's assessment. Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call <br />for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />Recessed: 10:10 am <br />Reconvened: 1:30 pm <br />CASE #15138 — FREEHILL, PATRICK <br />TMK 2-4-040-154-0000 <br />Present were appellant Patrick Freehill and County appraiser Leila Beals. <br />Property located at 1804 Kaiao Street in Hilo. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />Appellant presented his case. County presented their case and recommended reducing the <br />building value to $377,500 and sustaining the land at $120,200. A call for questions was <br />made. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to reduce the building value to $343,400 and sustain the land value <br />of $120,200 for a total of $463,600. Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call for discussion was <br />made. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />CASE #15592 — VENEGAS, PAUL <br />TMK 2-4-030-018-0000 <br />Appellant was not present. Present was County appraiser Leila Beals. <br />Property located on Leimamo Street in Hilo. <br />Appeal on land value. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. <br />County recommended reducing the land value to $60,000. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to accept the County's recommendation of $60,000 for the land. <br />Seconded by Mrs. Ford. A call for discussion was made.
