Mr. McCall presented for County. <br />Property located on Waipio Valley Road in Kukuihaele. <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. <br />County recommended sustaining the assessed value. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />CASE #15455 — WINNIMAN, JAMES <br />TMK 2-2-049-024-0000 <br />Appellant was not present. <br />Mr. McCall informed the Board that a settlement had been reached with the appellant in <br />Case No. 15455 with a building value of $457,800 and land value of $424,000. A call for <br />questions was made. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to accept the settlement in Case No. 15455 for building value at <br />$457,800 and land value at $424,000. Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call for discussion <br />was made. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />WITHDRAWN CASES <br />Mr. McCall informed the Board of appellants' requests for withdrawal of their appeals in Case <br />Nos. 15455, 15199 and 15073. A call for questions was made. <br />Mrs. Ford moved to accept the withdrawal of Case Nos. 15450, 15199 and 15073. <br />Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of <br />4:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS <br />County presented to the Board a 4 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 22 cases <br />that were settled between the County and the respective appellants.
