What are you asking again? <br /> <br />UNGER: The motion is to adjourn to executive session to discuss with — <br /> <br />SHIMAOKA: I second. <br /> <br />UNGER: — corporate counsel our legal liabilities. <br /> <br />SHIMAOKA: I second. <br /> <br />UNGER: We have a second. All in favor? <br /> <br />ALL COMMISSIONERS: Aye. <br /> <br />UNGER: All opposed? \[None.\] Motion moves. We’ll go into executive session, if everybody <br />could please leave the room. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION – The Commission went into executive session at 1:33 p.m. by a motion <br />made by Commissioner Nobriga, seconded by Commissioner Shimaoka, and unanimously carried <br />by a voice vote, for the purpose of consulting with the Commission’s counsel regarding legal <br />questions or issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities and <br />liabilities. The Commission came out of executive session at 1:43 p.m. by a motion made by <br />Commissioner Shimaoka, seconded by Commissioner Nobriga, and unanimously carried by a <br />voice vote. <br /> <br />UNGER: The hearing is back in session. Is there anybody from the public who would like to <br />testify in regard to this matter? \[None.\] Very good. At this time I’d like to entertain a motion in <br />regard to this agenda item. <br /> <br />SHIMAOKA: Mr. Chair, I make a motion to move this to the next meeting, next session, <br />extended. <br /> <br />UNGER: Do I have a second? <br /> <br />KAHOLO: Second. <br /> <br />UNGER: Discussion?
