Business item #1 will likely be concluded on October 10'. During the <br />September 26th meeting, additional meeting dates will be determined to proceed on Business item <br />92. In addition to the Public Comment noted on the agenda, Public Comment will be invited <br />near the beginning and end of each day. Short breaks will also be integrated into each meeting <br />day. <br />AGENDA <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The Steering Committee will consider the draft minutes of the <br />February 3, 2015, Steering Committee Meeting. <br />MEETING OVERVIEW: Steering Committee Vice -Chair, Farrah -Marie Gomes, Project <br />Manager LeAna Gloor, and consultant Bob Agres will provide an overview of the meeting, <br />including an explanation of the purpose and scope of the CDP, the roles of the Steering <br />Committee, and the meeting Agenda. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Members of the public are invited to speak to <br />any items on the agenda. To be recognized, please fill out and submit a request form to the <br />HCDP Community Planning Assistant prior to the completion of each Public Comment portion <br />of the meeting. Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person. <br />BUSINESS <br />1. Overview of the "Preliminary Working Draft" of the Hamakua CDP: The goal of <br />this agenda item is to ensure that Steering Committee members have a complete <br />understanding of the "Preliminary Working Draft" CDP.
