FUTURE MEETINGS: <br />Ms. Gloor facilitated a conversation with the Steering Committee to determine a specific date, time, <br />and place to continue the meeting. The continued meeting would be a facilitated discussion organized <br />around the concerns, suggestions for improvement, areas for discussion, and additional information <br />previously identified during Business Item 91. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: <br />There was no public comment at this time. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />None <br />MOTION TO CONTINUE: <br />Ms. Mendoza moved to recess the meeting and continue it to 1!toOctober <br />on Saturday, Novemberl4th at <br />Laupahoehoe Library Humanities Room. Second by Ms. Paion passed with 6 votes aye and <br />0 votes nay. The meeting recessed at 4: 51pm. <br />th th <br />NOTE: The September 26 meeting was originally continued 10 and lat continued to <br />November 14th. Due to lack of quorum, the November 14' continued meeting was cancelled. With <br />the cancellation on November 14th, the original September 26th meeting has officially closed and a new <br />agenda (reflecting the unfinished business of the tember 26th agenda) has been generated for a <br />November 21, 2015 meeting. <br />Page 19 <br />
