• Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee (PRTCPS) <br />o Meets on the 1St Monday at Luquin's Restaurant in Pahoa at Sam <br />o The subcommittee was formed for the purpose of preparing a regional town center <br />master plan for Pahoa that includes design guidelines suitable for adoption by the <br />County of Hawai'i. <br />o Chairperson: Mark Hinshaw <br />o AC Representative(s): Elmer Solis, Patti Pinto, Larry Brown <br />• Budget Subcommittee <br />o No set meeting schedule <br />o The AC typically assigns between 1-4 members to serve on the budget subcommittee in <br />the beginning of each year to collect/prioritize/prepare requests from the AC to the <br />County for funding necessary to support implementation of the PCDP.
