So, what is it that we need to do, how do we do it, and do we set up henceforth times <br />meeting with you, John Mullens or you, I'm not too sure whose going to be heading it from John <br />Mullens as the adjuster, and then Puna Pono Alliance coming together so that we can get this <br />done. <br />OWENS: If that's what the Commission sets up that we do that, it's outside of the claims <br />adjusting <br />MOSES: Uh huh <br />OWENS: to an extent, but it is not necessarily impossible. The only thing that would come <br />about is that until there's actually something submitted, there can be no decision made. So, we <br />say, here's what you need to match, and then we just have to see what's down there, so there's <br />no pre-, pre -approval that can come about. That's not permitted. That's actuallyI won't go so <br />far to say it's not legal. It's just not appropriate. It's bad claim unfair claims practice or bad <br />faith.
