CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 10:0 AM. <br />2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The minutes of the 3/2/2016 meeting were approved. <br />The motion to approve was made by Chris Ridley and seconded by Jim Cisler. The <br />motion was passed unanimously. <br />3. NEW MEMBER ELECTION: Teana Kahoohanohano, Regency Hilo, left the meeting <br />while the committee voted regarding her election. The motion to elect her to the <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br />An Area Agency on Aging <br />
