I suggest that a Rural <br />designation, or the "homestead" designation explained in the conclusion to this communication, <br />might be an appropriate alternative for parcel 055 (and for the homestead lands). An <br />"Important Agricultural Lands" designation (County or State) is incorrect for parcel 055 (and <br />for the homestead lands) as discussed below. <br />1 <br />
