CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mr. Goodenow called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. All the Board members are <br /> present except for Chair Ms. Kahakalau. <br /> 2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Do we have any public testimony? Waimea? Kohala? <br /> Ms. Sweeney: Kohala. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: How many testifiers do you have? <br /> Ms. Sweeney: I have two testifiers. Are you going to be testifying? And one <br /> observer. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Alright we'll take your two first over there in Kohala if that's <br /> alright. If you could start by stating your name and stating what <br /> item you are testifying on. <br /> Ms. Sweeney: Sir...the testifier would like the Chair to be present before he starts <br /> his testimony. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: I don't think the Chair is going to be here today. So if he's <br /> requesting that we continue his matter, we can do that at the time if <br /> he wants to make that as part of his testimony. <br /> 1. <br />
