Discussion? <br /> Mr. Adams: Discussion would be that we are now able to talk about having a <br /> date that won't be the second Wednesday. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Adams moved to suspend the rule concerning the Board's regularly <br /> scheduled meetings. Mr. Robinson seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> Mr. Robinson: So the next meeting is scheduled for June 7? <br /> Mr. Goodenow: June 6 which is a Monday right? I will note though however that I <br /> got an email on Friday stating that the Campaign Spending <br /> Commission meeting was moving the June 8 meeting to June 29. <br /> You're not able to attend the June 6 meeting Mr. Adams? <br /> Mr. Adams: I'm gone that week. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: The Chair isn't here and I know we have members, but I would <br /> suggest that we cancel the June meeting. I'll make a motion to that <br /> affect if I've got concurrence, but I think if we're gonna have the <br /> Mayor's representative come, Mr. Hyland come and we told him <br /> it's going to be at the next meeting. And we're not gonna have Mr. <br /> Adams possible the Chair. I mean I think we need to have all <br /> members. I think we should just cancel the June meeting. I think <br /> we should just have our meeting and the Campaign Spending <br /> Commission meeting is not having a meeting on July 13. <br /> 29 <br />
